* Reservations are made 10 days in advance, up to the day of the event, depending on availability. I can only reserve one slot. The reservation is free, the payment is made at the reception on the day of my visit. I can print my reservation or save it on my smartphone.
* The best times of day to watch the animals are either in the morning when the park opens or in the evening, from 4pm until closing time, when it is not so hot!
* I am going to eat at the restaurant, I reserve the time slot that precedes the meal. Example: If I want to eat at the restaurant at 12:00, I reserve the time slot 11:00-12:00.
* I plan to bring my picnic! No problem, I can leave the picnic area and return thanks to the stamp on my hand.
* I want to take the shuttle from the train station! No problem, it’s free and you don’t have to book it. See the shuttle schedule.
